Brook on Behalf of the People
And the Universities are officially on notice.
The wheels of justice turn slowly, but at least in some small pockets of the universe, they’re turning. There have been a couple of vaccine-related legal updates over the past week:
Brook Jackson + The People of the USA
Pfizer + Ventavia + ICON
The story of Brook Jackson is a fascinating sequence of events that’s nowhere near the end of the story. I believe by the time this is over, Brook Jackson will be a household name and a widely regarded heroine. Back in September 2020, Brook worked at a company called Ventavia that was hired by Pfizer to run clinical trials for the Covid-19 vaccine. She alleges that in her short time employed at Vestavia, she witnessed serious medical misconduct and even straight-up fraudulent behavior by Ventavia and Pfizer that calls the integrity of the entire trial process into serious question. For more details on what Brook has witnessed and documented, you can read this post from a few months ago:
Brook Jackson, on behalf of the People of the United States, is suing 3 companies for stealing ~2 billion dollars from the American people by selling 100 million vaccine doses to the US Govt/Dept of Defense under allegedly FALSE and FRAUDULENT pretenses.
Those 3 companies are:
Pfizer, Inc - Together with BioNTech in Germany, they manufacture and create the vaccines, sponsor the clinical trials, and report their findings to the FDA together with a request for approval of their product or an Emergency Use Authorization.
ICON PLC - An Irish company based in Dublin, ICON was contracted by Pfizer to oversee more than 160 clinical trial sites worldwide, and was responsible for monitoring protocol compliance and required information reporting of the clinical trial sites.
Ventavia Research Group, LLC - Ventavia is a company in Texas that runs numerous clinical trial sites throughout the state. Pfizer contracted Ventavia to run clinical trials for their vaccine at 3 of Ventavia’s clinical trial sites. Ventavia then reports results and submits information to ICON and Pfizer.
Pfizer filed a motion to dismiss on very odd grounds. Their claim in response to the lawsuit is that the government knew full well what was going on in the trials, and they declined to intervene or withdraw authorization. Therefore, even if the documentation was fraudulent, it wasn’t fraud from their client, the US Govt, if the client knew about the misconduct, and declined to investigate or prosecute.
The Ruling on the Motion to Dismiss
Robert Barnes is the lawyer representing Brook in this case. In a recent conversation with Viva Frei, he reported that the judge, a “straightforward and old-school” type of judge DENIED Pfizer’s motion to dismiss, and granted Brook’s team discovery. This was done because the claim that Pfizer responded with - that any misconduct was done with full knowledge of the US Govt - was a claim that introduced new information into the case and warranted discovery.
For a much more in-depth and thorough dig into the details of the lawsuit, Debra Heine did an amazing job outlining the timeline of this wild case.
Universities, Be Warned
Joni McGary of the Daily Clout team reports that on May 24, No College Mandates (founded by Joni McGary and Lucia Sinatra) along with four supporting signatories sent out letters to 13 colleges and universities. The letter is a notification that a serious amount of data is emerging that suggests fraud committed by Pfizer with regard to the Covid-19 vaccine production and trials. The letter states:
“If fraud or willful misconduct is proven, the manufacturers and those involved in the distribution or mandating of the vaccines will lose immunity from liability granted to them under the existing EUA and PREP act”
This is to put the universities on notice that continuing to mandate the boosters for their students is rapidly becoming a decision that will both jeopardize the safety of their students, and damage the reputation of the school.
The letter refers to 4 main concerns regarding the vaccine:
Pfizer Biological Product File - The many concerning findings in the Pfizer documents that were ordered released by a judge. As always, a reminder that Pfizer and the FDA were fully expecting to be able to hide this data for our lifetimes. This section specifies 5 concerns while emphasizing that there are many more findings of serious concern.
Excess Death Data and the Insurance Industry - They refer to the work being done by financial and data analysts that show extremely worrying trends in death rates for young people. A deeper analysis can be found here:
Product Safety Concerns - Why did the FDA restrict the use of the J&J vaccine based on a small number of adverse events reported, yet seem to completely ignore the shockingly astronomical flood of adverse events reported to VAERS regarding the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines?
Sketchy Contracts - The letter concludes by drawing attention to some extremely dubious conditions set in contracts between Pfizer and various governments around the world.
Joni appeared on Warroom last night and did a fantastic job explaining their mission, and the various methods their using to persuade colleges to drop any remaining vaccine mandates.
The letter was sent to the presidents, senior leadership, and the board of trustees at the following schools:
Brown, Columbia, Cornell, Harvard, Princeton, University of Pennsylvania, Yale, Duke, Georgetown, Johns Hopkins, Elon, University of Vermont, and the SUNY board of regents.
Many more will be receiving the notice over the coming weeks. The letter was signed by the following organizations:
The FDA is a JOKE
Dr. Jessica Rose has a very detailed and super smart Substack that I recommend subscribing to. She recently posted a link to the hearing between attorney Aaron Siri’s firm and the FDA regarding the FOIA request for the Pfizer docs, along with a brief synopsis and her thoughts on the transcript.
I didn’t get through all of it yet, but I read enough to get the gist of the pure mockery the FDA makes of the people they’re meant to serve. Enjoy, and if anyone out there wants to take the best bits and animate them, let me know. It makes for a great skit.
Note: Heartfelt thank you to anyone who supported this Substack. I’ll be paying it forward to other great Substackers!
