Another federal program devoid of action by lazy employees and officials. FAA bears responsibility for this tragedy along with Lane. They take action over a stupid mask and an unnecessary jab, but can’t be bothered to investigate and act quickly to a truly dire situation. Atlas Airlines is as complicit as FAA.
I also had a breakdown over this, the dissonance and the anger over how most are taking all this laying down, blind to the deaths and careful destruction...but luckily for me I have much less responsibility and would never take pharmaceuticals of any kind. Had covid 11-2019 and recovered, unjabbed. Sorry he had to go down that way, but better then than up in the sky with a plane full of people. Peace.
It’s unfortunate that there wasn’t one person that could have (maybe there was) just sat down with him and talk to him, if he would have allowed that. Many times people just need/WANT a sounding board. Maybe a little “tough love” with some empathy. Anger is sadness and emotional pain turned outward. I dealt with so much of this in my former career (deputy sheriff). I could write a book. People are people, no matter what you do for a living, whether a pilot or a CEO.
Hi Etana. You’re a gifted writer/ investigator! Thank you. It’s alarming as it should be. I wonder if you found out if Lane had armed the ar 15 he pointed at the officers? They haven’t released that information. Or if you found out where he was shot? In the chest or head? I’m fascinated/ horrified and in disbelief still. But the knowledge of the drug use makes it all start to make sense. So so sad. But might have been worse. Thank you again.
This may be off topic but I don’t think so. We have 10 percent of the population on SSRI antidepressants and this guy may have been taking one. These are proven correlated with and likely responsible for most mass shootings and many suicides. Sounds like Lane was driven over the edge being surrounded by CovIDIOTS... it happens.
